Roy Bridgewater, Buyer's Agent
After finishing graduate school at UNT I entered public accounting and became a tax partner in one of the large CPA firms. Later, I accepted the position of Senior VP/CFO with a long-term client that successfully produced the large scale Broadway type of musicals but recognized that they needed financial and operations guidance.
We had a great run and eventually sold the company to one of the larger media and entertainment groups. That sale gave me an opportunity to finally spend time with a few civic groups whose causes appealed to me. Those groups include Kiwanis (scholarships) and Horses Forever (equine rescue). I have also served as a Board member for Habitat for Humanity and for the Symphony Guild.
However, nothing that I have done before compares to the feeling of satisfaction that comes from helping and guiding someone in their search for a new home. Finding that new home which becomes such a big part of our lives is so important that we should do it right. We like this kind of work and we are good at it.
